Job summary

IBM Consulting in Sydney seeks a seasoned Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to help clients manage identity lifecycles and secure access across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Design identity systems using ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint, MS Entra, and implement SSO. Build automation scripts for provisioning, migration, and directory services with AD and SAML/OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Design Identity Management Systems: Create secure and streamlined identity management systems for organizations, utilizing IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint, and MS Entra to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively.
• Develop Automation Scripts: Craft scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across diverse environments, including Cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing manual errors.
• Implement Directory Services: Apply expertise in directory services like TDI and AD to ensure robust identity management, and employ hands‑on experience with SAML, OAuth, and scripting
