Job summary

IBM Australia Limited is seeking an Identity Access Management Consultant to help clients design and implement IAM solutions across Cloud, on‑premises and OT environments.

You will work with ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint and MS Entra to deliver SSO, automate provisioning, and secure directory services in a hybrid work model.

Bachelor's degree required; strong scripting skills and travel may be involved as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management, with hands-on design/implementation experience.
• Proficiency with directory services (TDI/AD) and protocols like SAML, OAuth.
• Strong scripting skills for automation of provisioning and migrations.
• Proven ability to implement IAM solutions and lead technical projects.
• Experience in leading design and implementation of identity management architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design identity management systems using IAM tools to provide SSO and secure user lifecycles.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and migration across Cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT.
• Implement and optimize directory services to enhance security and efficiency.
• Deliver solution expertise, guiding clients to tailor IAM strategies to business needs.
