Stantec is seeking a Lead Hydraulic Engineer for the Sydney Buildings team to drive hydraulic design across a portfolio including data centres, healthcare, education and high-rise developments. You will lead from concept to construction, mentor junior engineers, and build strong client relationships in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Proven hydraulic building services consulting experience.
• DBP registration or ability to obtain accreditation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and delivery of hydraulic building services (water, sewerage, stormwater, recycled water, gas).
• Manage multiple projects from concept to construction.
• Build and maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, specifications, design documentation, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Sustainability and other Building Services teams.
• Conduct site inspections and provide construction-phase support.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Support NSW market growth through industry engagement.
