You will lead hydraulic design across transport, defence, commercial and other sectors, owning projects from concept to construction while mentoring engineers and coordinating with architects and consultants. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Hydraulic Engineer within a building services consultancy.
• Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and authority requirements.
• Confidence leading design packages and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• A desire to work in a supportive team where quality, people and balance genuinely matter.
