Job summary

Connexus Recruitment Pty is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join the new Buildings division in Sydney. You will lead hydraulics design packages, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to defence, transport, healthcare and other government projects.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required, sponsorship is not available. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements are offered, with opportunities to work across Australia.

Qualifications

• Lead design packages through concept and detailed phases.
• Coordinate with the client and other disciplines.
• Experience in defence, transport infrastructure or government projects preferred.
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Join the new Buildings team in Sydney and work across defence, transport, healthcare and other major government projects.
• Lead design work and review processes while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ensure design packages meet project and client requirements.
