Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Senior IT Delivery Lead to manage software development and releases for a major digital transformation program. The role focuses on delivering payments and financial management modernization using AWS, microservices, Java, and ReactJS.

You will lead cross-functional squads, coordinate release management, and drive Agile/Lean practices while building strong stakeholder relationships and enabling continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate degree in IT, computer science, information systems, project management, IT business analysis or engineering.
• 8+ years of IT delivery experience using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD).
• Certifications in IT project management/agile delivery (CSM, PSM) are desirable.
• Experience in banking/payments solutions and release/deployment management will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source, analyse and establish business requirements and IT scope to meet release timelines.
• Plan and manage delivery of products using Agile/Lean practices to ensure quality and user experience.
• Coach teams in Agile/Lean behaviours and help implement CI/CD/DevSecOps.
