The role emphasizes mentoring cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving DevSecOps practices. Hybrid remote work is available with a potential conversion to permanent on success.

Qualifications

8+ years IT delivery with agile delivery experience.
Knowledge of SDLC/ITIL; IT project management agile certifications desirable.
Experience in banking/payments is highly regarded.
Experience leading cross-functional software teams.

Responsibilities

Manage SDLC and releases for a digital transformation programme.
Apply Agile/Lean practices and ensure on-time delivery within governance.
Coach teams as scrum master and drive CI/CD adoption.
Build stakeholder relationships and coordinate with other squads.
