Job summary

Sharpe Energy Services & Solutions is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Sales / Operations Manager to lead the Adelaide team from Thebarton. You will own day-to-day operations of the air conditioning division, ensure quotes, scheduling, completion and invoicing are executed efficiently and customer service remains outstanding.

Ideal candidates will have ARCtick Trade Qualification or restricted contractor licences, proven leadership in HVAC operations, and strong client management skills.

Qualifications

• ARCtick Trade Qualification or restricted contractor licence required.
• Proven leadership experience in HVAC operations.
• Strong knowledge of residential reverse cycle and evaporative systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with job management software (Simpro, ServiceTitan) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the air conditioning division.
• Schedule technicians and coordinate service and breakdown jobs.
• Review and support quotations and scopes of work.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians.
• Monitor progress, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and ARCtick standards.
• Collaborate with management and other trades to grow the business.
