Based in Brisbane, CPP seeks an Engineer Primary to drive high‑voltage substation design from concept to construction support, leveraging strong HV study and equipment specification skills.

You will work with in-house design teams across Electrical, Civil, Structural and SCADA disciplines, delivering scalable solutions for

Qualifications

• Experience in high voltage electrical design projects
• Hands-on experience with Arc Flash, Earthing and insulation coordination studies
• Power system studies including load flow, short circuit, and lightning analyses
• Ability to interpret and translate client standards into practical designs

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-voltage substation designs from concept through construction support
• Prepare detailed HV design studies and equipment specifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure practical and constructible designs
