Consolidated Power Projects Australia Pty Ltd, known as CPP, is a leading high‑voltage infrastructure provider. We design, construct, commission and maintain substations, transmission lines, wind farms and battery storage systems across Australia.

Join CPP in Adelaide to lead senior secondary design across renewables and utilities. You will mentor engineers and act as a technical authority while delivering nationally significant projects and shaping CPP’s engineering capability.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering, with Chartered or Professional Engineer status highly regarded.
Extensive experience designing secondary systems for HV transmission substations.
Experience leading complex secondary design projects in HV and renewable sectors.
End-to-end delivery from concept to commissioning on transmission/substation projects.
Knowledge of power system philosophies, standards, and client specs in Australia.
Ability to act as technical authority and mentor graduates/junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical leadership for HL HV secondary design projects.
Lead complex design outcomes and develop engineering capability across CPP.
Mentor graduates and junior engineers to strengthen technical capability.
Remain involved in design while supporting broader team with technical guidance.
Influence nationally significant projects and ensure practical, constructible designs.
