Job summary

3Bridges Community in Sydney is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor for a 12-month parental leave cover. The role is hybrid, with one day per week at Penshurst. It can be full-time or 0.8 FTE and offers flexibility to work remotely.

You will lead employee relations, provide practical ER advice to leaders, coach managers, and interpret Modern Awards and NES guidance. A collaborative culture and competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in employee relations and case management.

• Strong ER knowledge and governance understanding.

• Current NSW Driver Licence and WWC or ability to obtain.

This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave opportunity, available full-time or 0.8 FTE. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of one day per week at our Penshurst office, and flexibility to work remotely.

With a strong focus on employee relations and case management, you'll support leaders through performance, behavioural and other complex people matters, providing clear advice and helping build confidence and consistency in people management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee relations matters including performance, behavioural and complex people cases

About You

You're an experienced HR professional who is confident handling complex employee matters and partnering with leaders.

You'll bring strong ER knowledge, sound judgement and the ability to provide practical solutions while building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred (Diploma qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered)

Strong employee relations and case-management experience

Experience coaching leaders on performance, conduct and workplace matters

Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the NES and Modern Awards

Experience supporting grievances, investigations and disciplinary matters

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Current NSW Driver Licence

Current NSW Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
