Job summary

3Bridges Community is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to support educators across Sydney, shaping high-quality OSHC programs for children, families and communities.

You will provide educational leadership, coaching, and work with Program Coordinators to strengthen practice, build capability, and drive continuous improvement, with some travel to nearby services as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or Children's Services.
• Experience in Educational Leader, Coordinator or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MTOP, NQF and NQS.
• Experience coaching and mentoring educators.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• National Child Safety Training.
• Current Driver Licence and willingness to travel between services.

Responsibilities

We currently have a full-time permanent opportunity supporting our sites across Bexley and Narwee.

Working closely with Program Coordinators and Educators, you'll provide educational leadership, strengthen practice, build capability and support continuous improvement. From time to time, you'll also support other services within the region as required.
