Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates in Melbourne is seeking a Senior HSEW Systems & Risk Specialist to lead governance and continuous improvement of the HSEW management system across sites, including governance, risk and assurance frameworks. You will turn audits, incidents and data into actionable insights and partner with operational leaders to simplify systems.

You will help shape the digital HSEW roadmap, drive learning, and embed consistent ways of working across diverse environments with strong Power BI

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 5+ years in HSEW systems, risk and compliance in complex multi-site organisations.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, with ability to translate to practice.
• Experience administering HSEW platforms and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the HSEW management system to remain practical, scalable and legally robust.
• Shape enterprise risk, critical risk and assurance frameworks for stronger governance.
• Turn data, audits and incidents into clear performance insights and priorities.
• Partner with leaders to simplify systems and embed consistent ways of working across environments.
• Influence the digital roadmap for HSEW using analytics and emerging tools.
• Translate incidents and findings into meaningful action and shared learning.
