Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an HSE Systems Coordinator to support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our WHS management systems. Based in Brisbane or Sydney, you will partner with operational leaders to enhance safety reporting and compliance.

The role focuses on system access, data integrity, dashboards, audits, and ISO requirements, with occasional interstate travel to support safety projects across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in WHS compliance and safety management systems.
• Ability to manage safety documentation, audits, and reporting.
• Strong data interpretation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve WHS management systems and safety platforms.
• Produce compliance reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
