Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a motivated Graduate HSE to join our Underground HSEQT team. This role offers exposure to management systems, assurance activities, risk management, auditing, data analysis and continuous improvement across Australian operations.

Based at the Perth head office, you will work alongside experienced HSEQ professionals, participate in incident investigations, collect and report performance data, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Macmahon’s ISO-certified processes.

Qualifications

• Recent tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or a related discipline.
• Interest in developing a career in mining and resources.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of Macmahon's HSEQ Management System.
• Assist with system assurance activities, audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Contribute to maintaining Macmahon's ISO-certified management systems.
• Support collection, analysis and reporting of HSEQ performance data and trends.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and maintaining HSEQ procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate HSEQ team.
