Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Training (HSEQ) professional to provide practical HSEQT support at the Perth WA workshop. You will work closely with leaders and crews to strengthen risk management, investigations and continuous improvement in a heavy equipment maintenance environment.

Responsibilities include leading incident investigations, supporting risk assessments, and delivering practical workshop safety improvements with a focus on higher-order controls.

Qualifications

• ICAM investigation qualification and demonstrated investigation experience are essential.
• Strong written communication and data analysis skills are required.
• Australian manual driver's licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQ Management Plan.
• Provide practical HSEQT advice and visible support to workshop leaders, supervisors and crews.
• Engage with clients on WHS activities and monitor site-based lead and lag indicators.
• Lead or support incident investigations with complete causes and corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments and verify critical controls for heavy equipment maintenance.
