Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Health, Safety and Training Advisor to lead HSE systems and drive safer project delivery across Australia. You will develop documentation, analyse metrics and mentor on site, with remote support when needed.

You will bring WHS qualifications, strong auditing and incident investigation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve positive safety outcomes on mining and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, construction or project environment.
• WHS auditing, inspections, and assurance experience.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of HSE system documentation, including standards, procedures, forms and templates.
• Providing regular analysis and reporting of metrics to communicate progress against HSET plans and key objectives
• Provide training and mentoring on site
• Provide remote support when based in the office
