Job summary

Stellar Recruitment Pty is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment leader to drive HSE strategy across multiple sites in Brisbane. You will champion a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance, and lead continuous improvement of HSE systems in a growing organisation.

You will mentor operations leaders, oversee audits and investigations, manage ISO frameworks, and provide insightful HSE reporting.

Qualifications

• Senior HSE experience in multi-site environments within related industries.
• Proficient in audits, ISO management systems, and risk controls.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Manage ISO management systems and accreditation frameworks.
• Lead audits and drive corrective actions.
• Promote leading HSE practices across operations.
• Oversee incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Coach and develop HSE personnel and site leaders.
• Prepare HSE reports for senior leadership.
• Foster a hands-on safety culture that supports performance.
