Job summary

RSGx seeks a Senior HSE Manager to own strategy, governance and performance across Western Australia from Perth/Burswood. You will lead HSE Leads and Advisors, engage executives, manage incidents, and drive improvements across multiple sites and markets.

Requires 10+ years in HSE, 5+ years in leadership, a WHS/Environmental degree, and ICAM or Taproot Lead Auditor qualifications. Procore experience is highly regarded; travel across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HSE leadership roles.
• 5+ years in leadership/management.
• Degree in WHS or Environmental discipline; ICAM or Taproot Lead Auditor certs.
