Job summary

RSGx seeks a Senior HSE Manager to own strategy, governance and performance across WA from Perth/Burswood. You will lead HSE Leads and Advisors, engage executives, manage incidents, and drive improvements across multiple sites and markets.

Requires 10+ years in HSE, 5+ years in leadership, a WHS/Environmental degree, and qualifications in ICAM or Taproot with Lead Auditor. Procore experience highly regarded; travel across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' HSE experience with 5+ years leading cross-site teams.
• Degree in Work Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• ICAM or Taproot investigation qualifications and Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience using Procore or similar HSE reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation across jurisdictions.
• Executive-level communication and influencing capability.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE strategy and enterprise risk reporting to Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Lead governance for Critical Risk / Critical Control programs, tenders and due diligence.
• Coach and develop HSE Leads and Advisors; build succession for leadership roles.
• Own compliance and certification across ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001.
• Lead audits, regulatory engagement and regulator relationships.
• Coordinate responses to serious/incidents with executives and regulators.
• Empower stop-work authority and drive continuous HSE improvement.
