Job summary

RSGx is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to own HSE strategy and governance across WA from our Perth office in Burswood. You will lead the HSE Leads and Advisors, drive response to serious incidents and regulator engagement, and report to the General Manager – HSEQ.

With 10+ years of HSE experience and 5+ years leading multi-site teams, you’ll influence executive teams and set enterprise-wide policy, while maintaining ISO certifications and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSE experience with 5+ years leading multi-site teams across regions.
• Experience with WHS legislation across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Owning RSGx’s HSE strategy and enterprise risk register, reporting material HSE risk to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Leading HSE governance for Critical Risk / Critical Control programs, tenders, pre-qualifications and due diligence for new markets or acquisitions.
• Leading, coaching and developing HSE Leads and Senior HSE Advisors across regions, building succession for future leadership.
• Owning compliance and certification across ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001 and OFSC group-wide.
• Leading statutory consultation, audit and regulator relationships across jurisdictions.
• Leading response to serious incidents, including investigations and regulator engagement.
• Holding authority to stop unsafe work anywhere in the business.
• Analysing enterprise HSE performance data to drive continuous improvement.
