ERM International Group in Sydney seeks a Health & Safety Specialist to lead multidisciplinary H&S projects, develop management systems, and liaise with top clients on major challenges. The role involves travel opportunities within Australia and internationally, with secondment options based on experience.

You will have a degree or diploma in health & safety and at least 6 years of field and audit experience, plus a solid understanding of state and commonwealth health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma qualified in health & safety with minimum 6 years of field and audit experience.
• Sound understanding of State and Commonwealth health and safety regulations and their application.
• Occupational health and contractor management experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety-focused and multidisciplinary projects for ERM clients with autonomy.
• Prepare technical reports and conduct site audits as a lead assessor.
• Develop procedures, management systems and risk assessments for a range of industry clients.
• Coordinate project teams and mentor junior staff.
