Job summary

ERM is seeking a skilled H&S Specialist in Sydney to lead safety-focused, multidisciplinary projects for a broad client base. You will work with top technical experts on portfolio work including management system development, due diligence, and compliance, with opportunities for domestic and international travel.

The ideal candidate has a health & safety degree or diploma and at least six years of field and audit experience, with knowledge of relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in health & safety with minimum 6 years field and audit experience.
• Experience with state and Commonwealth health and safety regulations and their application in a business context.
• Occupational health and contractor management experience is viewed positively.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused and multidisciplinary projects for ERM clients with a high degree of autonomy.
• Prepare technical reports and conduct site audits as a lead assessor.
• Develop procedures, management systems and risk assessments for a range of industry clients.
• Coordinate project teams and mentor more junior staff.
