Job summary

Clough is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to join Project Ceres on a 19:9 site rotation. You will ensure operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies, while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will provide expert guidance, lead incident investigations, and support risk assessments to protect personnel and the environment on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HSSE advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSSE management system.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
• Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
