Job summary

Strike Drilling, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to lead safety performance across operations. Based in Canning Vale, you will travel to remote sites to support compliance, investigations and continuous improvement of HSE systems.

You are an experienced HSE leader with strong incident investigation, auditing and risk management skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and coaching field teams in a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident investigations, auditing and risk management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work with field teams.
• Proven hands-on HSE leadership in remote/offsite environments.
• Current C Class driver's license and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture across field personnel and operations.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action processes.
• Maintain and improve HSE systems, policies and procedures.
• Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate field audits, inspections and compliance activities.
• Provide practical HSE advice to managers and employees.
