Job summary

NRW Holdings is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a major Tonkin Highway Grade Separations Project in Western Australia. You will support the project team to embed health, safety, environment, and training systems and drive continuous improvement across site leadership.

The role requires established HSE expertise in construction, a Certificate IV in OH&S, ICAM training, current First Aid, a White Card, and a valid C-class licence, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as an HSE Advisor in construction or civil resources.
• Minimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety.
• ICAM Lead Investigator trained.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Hold a Construction White Card.
• C Class Drivers Licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and incident management systems.
• Experience in a metropolitan based role.
• Knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team to implement the WHSE and Training Management System.
• Coach Supervisors in hazard and incident prevention on the project.
• Conduct, investigate and report on all incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Perform regular Health, Safety and Environmental inspections per requirements.
• Develop and present ideas to improve HSE on the project.
• Develop and support HSE education and training programs.
• Champion health and safety on site.
