Job summary

NRW Holdings is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support the Tonkin Highway Grade Separations Project in Western Australia. You will work with site leadership to implement health, safety, environmental, and training systems, driving continuous improvement and compliance across on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in OH&S required.
• ICAM Lead Investigator training is preferred.
• Current First Aid Certificate and Construction White Card required.
• C Class Drivers Licence and strong WHS knowledge needed.
• Experience in construction or civil resources environment advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team to implement the WHSEMS on-site.
• Coach Supervisors on hazard and incident prevention.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular health, safety and environmental inspections on site.
• Develop and deliver HSE education and training programs.
• Promote a Safe, Day, Everyday safety culture on site.
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety Act and regulations.
