Job summary

The City of Greater Geelong is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to partner with program teams and stakeholders to design scalable HRIS solutions as part of the ACE Program. You will translate complex requirements into practical HRIS/payroll configurations and drive process design across HR, payroll, and related systems.

WithBABOK, Agile and Prince2 expertise, you will lead data, reporting and workforce analytics, support data migration, and ensure privacy and governance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or HR.
• Experience delivering HRIS/payroll projects or upgrades.
• Knowledge of BABOK, Agile and Prince2.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS/payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS and data requirements analysis for scalable solutions.
• Translate business needs into HRIS/payroll configurations and integrations.
• Support data migration, reporting and analytics across HR systems.
• Ensure data privacy, security and governance in HRIS configurations.
• Assist with release planning, go-live readiness and hypercare support.
