Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior HR role with large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Enterprise Agreements.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
• Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion programs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking, and reward recommendations.
• Coach HR team and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
