Job summary

The Consortio Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to support day-to-day HR services across the Group. This hands-on role covers employee relations, compliance, and people administration for about 50 internal staff.

You will guide on contingent workforce matters where required, while primarily supporting internal employees and managers in a busy professional services environment. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR or related field.
• Hands-on HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the Group.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records, contracts and policies.
• Advise managers on workplace policies and employment conditions.
• Address employee relations matters and investigations.
