Job summary
UNSW is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead HR data processes and legacy system cleanup as part of a system conversion. You will work with the Program Manager and data stakeholders to understand business strategy, processes, and roadmaps, documenting the capabilities required to address key challenges.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR data migration, legacy system decommissioning, and data cleansing operations
- Mapping HR processes, workflows, and data structures end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management to align technical data teams with HR objectives
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional documentation and specs
- Lead the Integration sub domain: document requirements, data mapping, and resourcing for continuous improvement
- Oversee communications with stakeholders and provide input to achieve business outcomes

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Develop product test plans and validate with QA before release
