Job summary

Attribute Group in Victoria seeks a Senior HR Consultant to partner with the owners and lead people-side change. The role is 2-3 days per week and can be performed remotely with on-site visits as needed. All travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

The position focuses on guiding transformation, recruitment and retention in regional Victoria, building culture, and strengthening HR policies and employee relations, with direct access to owners and a lasting impact on the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior HR leader
• Ability to operate in a consulting capacity
• Proven experience leading organisational change and transformation
• Experience attracting and retaining talent in regional Victoria
• Experience advising owners or executive leadership in a hands-on capacity
• Strong employee relations knowledge and commercial judgement

Responsibilities

• Guide owners through a major transformation including change planning, communication and organisational design
• Develop and implement practical recruitment and retention strategies for regional Victoria
• Build a high‑performing culture aligned with owners' values
• Review and strengthen HR policies, processes and frameworks
• Advise on employee relations, performance management and capability development
• Support leaders to build capability and accountability across the business
