Job summary

Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to provide high-level strategic and operational HR guidance to executive and senior managers across a range of complex workforce matters.

You will support employee relations, workforce development and continuous improvement while advising on HR policies, legislation and best practice to shape positive workforce outcomes. The role offers flexible working arrangements within a regional health network.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience providing strategic and operational HR advice to senior management.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations matters and provide practical HR solutions.
  • Experience interpreting awards, legislation and policies and applying them to achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience developing and delivering HR strategies, policies, programs and training.

You will provide high-level strategic and operational HR advice to executive and senior managers across a range of complex and sensitive workforce matters. Working in partnership with designated groups, you will support employee relations, workforce development and continuous improvement while providing expert advice on HR policies, legislation and best practice.
