Job summary

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – People & Culture is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner. You will work with operational leaders to deliver practical HR support, spanning employee relations, workforce planning and organisational change.

You’ll coach managers, implement HR policies, and partner across clinical and corporate teams to resolve complex workforce issues with integrity and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser in a large or complex organisation.
  • Sound knowledge of South Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and Fair Work principles.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations and performance processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfort working across multiple SA Health sites in a public sector environment.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you'll work alongside operational leaders across NALHN to deliver practical, solutions-focused HR support. Your day-to-day will span:
