Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide high-level HR advice across a busy People & Culture environment in Adelaide. You will advise senior leaders, manage complex employee relations, and support workforce planning and organisational change within the SA Public Sector.

Required is substantial SA Public Sector HR experience, strong partnering and influencing skills, and knowledge of industrial instruments and HR frameworks.

Qualifications

• SA Public Sector HR experience essential.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and workforce matters.
• Sound knowledge of SA Public Sector industrial instruments and HR frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice to senior leaders and managers.
• Managing complex employee relations matters, including performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations.
• Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and HR projects.
• Interpreting and applying awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and HR policies.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing practical, solutions-focused HR advice.
