DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide high-level HR advice across a busy People & Culture environment in Adelaide. You will advise senior leaders, manage complex employee relations, and support workforce planning and organisational change within the SA Public Sector.

Required is substantial SA Public Sector HR experience, strong partnering and influencing skills, and knowledge of industrial instruments and HR frameworks.

Qualifications

• SA Public Sector HR experience essential.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and workforce matters.
• Sound knowledge of SA Public Sector industrial instruments and HR frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a busy People & Culture environment, providing high-level HR advice and support across a diverse portfolio.

The Role

• Providing strategic and operational HR advice to senior leaders and managers.

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing practical, solutions-focused HR advice.

About You

• Previous SA Public Sector HR experience, essential.
• Strong senior HR Business Partnering or HR advisory experience.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and workforce matters.
• Sound knowledge of SA Public Sector industrial instruments and HR frameworks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Previous health sector experience will be highly regarded.

• Classification: ASO6
• Start date: 16 November 2026
• End date: 3 February 2027 with possibilty of extension
• Location: Adelaide CBD
