Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty in Australia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior project leaders to strengthen workforce capability, performance and culture across a large construction programme.

You will lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession and performance initiatives, support employee relations and remuneration reviews, and deliver engagement, wellbeing and inclusion programs. Use workforce data to guide improvements and coach HR teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior HR business-partner or people-advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment requirements, industrial relations and enterprise agreements.
• Experience supporting substantial construction, engineering, infrastructure or operational workforces.
• Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders.
• Commercial judgement, pragmatic problem-solving and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and practical HR advice for salaried and wages employees.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession and performance initiatives.
• Support employee relations, remuneration reviews, benchmarking and reward recommendations.
• Deliver engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and organisational-development programmes.
