Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in business partnering.
• Experience on site in construction/engineering or mining helpful.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.

Aufgaben

• Partner with operational leaders to develop people solutions.
• Advise Project Managers and leaders on HR policies and case management.
• Provide coaching to leaders on people management and culture.
• Deliver HR reporting and analytics to inform decisions.
