Job summary

The High Risk Team (HRT) Manager provides program, practice and system leadership for the Capricornia District HRT and local Integrated Service Response (ISR), under the direction of the Domestic and Family Violence Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Essential DFV knowledge and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience leading staff, services or practice improvements.
• High-level collaboration with multi-agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Capricornia District HRT and local ISR.
• Chair weekly HRT meetings; guide risk assessment and safety management.
• Manage service performance, quality, compliance and risk.
• Partner with Integration Manager on system guidance and governance.
• Lead workforce while preserving coordinator's referral responsibilities.
