Job summary

Telstra Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Integrations & Interoperability) to lead the analysis and delivery of healthcare integration initiatives. You’ll work with Product Managers, Architects and Engineers to implement FHIR, APIs and interoperability across Telstra Health’s product ecosystem.

You will gather and document business and integration requirements, define FHIR workflows, map data, and create interface specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with FHIR and healthcare interoperability.
• Strong REST and SOAP API knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Experience delivering system integrations in complex healthcare environments.
• Experience creating data mappings and interface specs.
• Extensive BA experience in healthcare tech or transformation.
• Experience collaborating with Architecture, Engineering and business teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience in Agile delivery.
• Experience in healthcare/digital health environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and interoperability analysis across programs.
• Gather, analyze and document business and integration requirements.
• Define FHIR workflows and data exchange requirements.
• Document REST/SOAP API requirements and interface specs.
• Create process flows, data mappings, and interface docs.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams on designs.
• Use SQL to analyze and validate data across systems.
• Run workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions.
• Identify dependencies, risks and impacts of integrations.
• Support testing, validation and improvements.
