• Experience developing and improving Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret legislation and translate to practical processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and best practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of UNSW's Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Align systems with ISO 45001 principles and industry best practice.
• Improve reporting, analytics and dashboards for safety data governance.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation across safety systems.
• Provide expert advice on health and safety legislation, governance and assurance.
• Support incident investigations, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Monitor enterprise risk trends and strengthen risk controls.
• Coordinate audits, certification activities and engagement with regulators.
• Coach leaders to strengthen risk management capability.
• Collaborate across Health & Safety and other teams to integrate risk management.
