Job summary

Torrens University Australia is seeking a Senior Future Student Advisor – Health to lead enrolment outcomes and support the health-focused growth in Adelaide. You will coach colleagues, strengthen team capability and ensure excellent student experiences while collaborating with the Student Recruitment Manager.

The role combines sales excellence with mentorship, delivering strategic vision and hands-on leadership in a hybrid Adelaide setting.

Qualifications

• Proven sales performance with targets met/exceeded.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident with Excel and new tech.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrolment results and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Lead growth strategy focused on Health programs in Adelaide market.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and provide enrolment guidance.
• Maintain Salesforce records, manage follow-ups and monitor recruitment performance.
• Act as second-in-command to the Student Recruitment Manager and model best practices.
• Coach and mentor new advisors through call coaching and performance guidance.
