Job summary

Torrens University Australia Limited is seeking two Future Student Advisors – Health in Sydney or Melbourne. You will engage with prospective health students, advise on courses and admissions, and drive enquiries to enrolment.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, relationship-building and CRM-driven recruitment within a supportive, purpose-led team. You’ll work with admissions, academic and recruitment colleagues, aiming to meet recruitment targets while benefiting from study opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, student recruitment, admissions or another target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage enquiries, follow up leads and achieve conversion targets.
• Confidence using CRM systems, with intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and guide them from enquiry to enrolment.
• Provide course and admissions information; support informed decisions.
• Manage enquiries, nurture leads and achieve recruitment targets.
• Maintain Salesforce records and monitor recruitment performance.
• Collaborate with admissions, academic and recruitment teams to support enrolments.
