Torrens University Australia is seeking a Future Student Advisor – Schools to join our North Queensland recruitment team. This remote-based, field-focused role builds relationships with schools, career advisers and families to generate leads and guide students toward study pathways that fit their aspirations.

You'll travel within Cairns or Townsville, represent Torrens at school visits and information sessions, and work with admissions, marketing and enrolments to achieve recruitment targets and

Qualifications

• Sales experience or business development preferred.
• Experience with schools, stakeholders, students and families.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and meet targets.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Higher Education or VET admissions experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain partnerships with career advisers, teachers and school leaders.
• Represent Torrens at school visits, expos, information sessions and events.
• Identify opportunities, nurture prospects and convert enquiries into applications.
• Maintain school, lead and student records in Salesforce and track recruitment activity.
• Collaborate with admissions, enrolments, marketing and recruitment teams for a seamless experience.
