Job summary

FleetPartners is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a maintenance and fleet support specialist. You will ensure vehicles and equipment meet industry standards, stay within guidelines, and operate within specifications for safe, compliant operations.

Key duties include developing maintenance programs, auditing fleets, inspecting new heavy commercial vehicles, and acting as the SME during strategic reviews and quotes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in heavy vehicle fleet or mechanical repair.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance programs for large heavy vehicle fleets.
• Carry out fleet and workshop audits in alignment with programs.
• Perform build management and new vehicle inspections on HCV assets.
• Serve as escalation point for high-cost repairs, warranty disputes, etc.
