Job summary

FleetPartners is seeking a hands-on Fleet Operations Specialist to support the management of our heavy vehicle fleets in NSW. You will develop maintenance programs, perform fleet and workshop audits, and inspect new vehicles to ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in heavy vehicle fleet or mechanical repair, holds a trade qualification, and an HR licence, with the ability to travel interstate regularly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in heavy vehicle fleet or mechanical repair
• Trade qualification required
• Current driver’s licence with ability to obtain HR licence

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Maintenance Programs for large heavy commercial vehicle fleets
• Carry out fleet and workshop audits in alignment with Maintenance programs
• Carry out build management and new vehicle inspections on all new HCV assets
• Act as escalation point for high-cost repairs, major failures or warranty disputes
• Provide subject matter expertise for customer strategic reviews or similar
• Raise and amend quotes as required
