Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Principal Service Consultant to lead the design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution for customers, coordinating project teams through all lifecycle stages from planning to post go-live support.

You will mentor consultants, lead workshops, and provide configuration oversight while collaborating with the Project Manager and Sales, with remote opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate coursework an asset.
• 10+ years in human capital management applications consulting.
• 5+ years in a Consultant role with Dayforce HCM.
• Solid experience in business process mapping.
• Experience in change management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Guide the overall design and delivery of Dayforce HCM solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and design/configuration oversight to project resources.
• Lead customer requirements gathering and design sessions.
• Mentor consultants on best practice implementation of new features.
• Support the sales cycle through solution review and scoping.
