Job summary

Dayforce seeks a Principal Service Consultant to guide the design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution for customers. This role drives implementation activities, coordinates with the Project Manager, and ensures successful configuration and delivery across the lifecycle.

The position supports remote work across Australia, requires strong HCM domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor junior consultants in best-practice deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HCM SaaS platforms is a strong asset.
• 5+ years consulting in HCM or related field; 10+ years overall experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution to meet customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and configuration oversight to project resources during implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate customer requirements gathering and document design decisions.
• Identify risks and communicate issues to the Project Manager.
• Mentor consultants on best practices and share implementation knowledge.
