ERM is seeking an experienced H&S Specialist to base in Sydney, leading multidisciplinary safety projects for a broad client portfolio. You will conduct site audits, develop management systems, and prepare technical reports while travelling within Australia and internationally as opportunities arise.

You should have a minimum of 6 years in health & safety, a degree or diploma, and solid knowledge of state and Commonwealth regulations.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in health & safety with broad field experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary H&S projects and audits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety-focused projects for ERM clients with autonomy.
• Prepare technical reports and conduct site audits as lead assessor.
• Develop procedures and risk assessments for diverse industries.
• Coordinate project teams and mentor junior staff.
