Job summary

ERM is seeking an H&S Specialist to join our Sydney team, leading multidisciplinary safety projects and working with technical experts on diverse engagements.

You will manage site audits, develop procedures and risk assessments, and mentor junior staff while coordinating project teams. Travel within Australia and internationally may be required. A degree or diploma in health & safety with at least 6 years of field experience is expected.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in health & safety.
• Minimum 6 years field and audit experience in health & safety or similar.
• Sound understanding of State and Commonwealth health and safety regulations and their application in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused and multidisciplinary projects for ERM clients with a high degree of autonomy.
• Prepare technical reports and conduct site audits as a lead assessor.
• Develop procedures, management systems and risk assessments for a range of industry clients.
• Coordinate project teams and mentor more junior staff.
